The double-axis Pegasus® paddle mixer is suitable for the ultra-fast mixing of powders, pellets grain and granular materials. The shape of the paddles and the mixing chamber ensure optimum mixing with the least possible product damage. This also makes it easy to mix delicate products. You can also use this machine combined our special dosing system to mix liquids homogeneously.

The geometry of the installation is such that the sides of the mixing chamber bend slightly towards each other at the top, creating a drop shape. Thanks to this shape, no product can stick to the upper side anymore, which improves hygiene and simplifies cleaning. This well-thought-out finish can also be found on the shafts and paddles, where all weld connections are completely smoothed to eliminate the risk of product adhering to surfaces. Moreover, it is completely finished with special Viwateq® Finishing for optimum smoothness and prevention of contamination.

But there are still many more advantages. For example, the D-Topline has two large hatches on the underside for completely emptying the mixing chamber. Optionally, you can also opt for retractable axles, which can be opened via the hatch. These can be supplemented with the large wing-doors, for extremely quick inspection and cleaning of this innovative mixer.
